Bob Docherty Trophy
Competition Date 25/03/2024
The 2024 Bob Docherty Tournament will be held in Athlone, Republic of Ireland, and hosted by the FAIS.  The proposed scedule for the competition is;

Sunday 24 March
Teams arrive and check in to the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone.
   
Monday 25 March  
Republic of Ireland Schools 2 Scottish Schools  1
Northern Ireland Schools 1 (1) English Schools   1 (3)

Tuesday 26 March  
Scottish Schools 2 Northern Ireland Schools  1   
Republic of Ireland Schools 1 English Schools  2 

Wednesday 27th March  
Rest day, commemorative medal presentation 7:00pm

Thursday 28th March
Scottish Schools 1 (4) English Schoolls 1 (5)
Republic of Ireland Schools 1 Northern Ireland Schools  0 

All matches to be played at Athlone Town FC.

The 2023 Bob Docherty Tournament was held in Glasgow hosted by the Scottish Schools' FA.  Teams competiting were Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.  Sadly, this year Wales had withdrawn to concentrate their attentions elsewhere.
